The three-layer insulated wire is a high-performance insulated wire. The first layer is a golden polyamine film, which can withstand 3 kV high-voltage pulse, the second layer is a high insulating coating, and the third layer is a transparent glass fiber layer.

Characteristics of three-layer insulated wire:

4. Surface slip characteristics and excellent wear resistance.

5. Due to small water absorption, good dimensional stability.

6. The ratio is the smallest among commercial polyamides.

7. It has excellent impact strength at low temperature.

8. Good gas resistance:

(1) The density is small, the water absorption is low, and the physical properties change little after water absorption.

(2) Large mold temperature range, stable product size, high low-temperature impact strength and good weather resistance.

(3) Excellent oil and chemical resistance, resistance to dissolution of oil, gasoline, oil, various liquids and metal salts.

(4) Good self lubrication, wear resistance and fatigue resistance.

(5) The process properties are the same as other materials developed by other high-performance polymer business units.

Application scope of triple insulated wire

The third insulating wire is a kind of high-performance insulating wire, which is composed of three insulating layers, with a core wire in the middle. The first layer is a golden polyamine film with a thickness of several microns, but can withstand the high-voltage pulse of 3 kV. The second layer is a highly insulating paint coating, and the third layer is a transparent glass fiber layer. The insulating layer is only 20-100 um. Its advantage is high insulation strength, Any two layers can withstand a safe voltage of 3000 V AC.

Scope of application:

1. This is a high-frequency high voltage winding wire, referred to as high-frequency line.

2. The standard specifies the product technical requirements, high-frequency line inspection rules and packaging.

3. Various insulating materials are suitable for different occasions. For example, the insulating layer is ETFE fluorine resistant dragon. Due to high temperature resistance and high insulation, it is widely used in high-frequency transformer, computer power supply, mobile phone charger, etc; PFA and ETFE insulation layer are used for communication, transformer insulation, magnet, etc.
